As the Vice President, Americas Growth and Engagement, you will serve as a dual role as the operational leader for ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s activities in Americas and as the member service liaison (regional head) for a complement of schools in the Americas region. This role is responsible for strengthening ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s presence, expanding membership engagement, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring efficient operational execution in alignment with global priorities.
The VP Americas oversees regional operations, leads membership services in the region, and identifies and executes opportunities to drive revenue growth. The VP Americas is responsible for fostering relationships with business schools, higher education institutions, government entities, and corporate partners to enhance ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s impact in the region. The VP Americas will lead and develop a team of membership staff.
How You Will Contribute
Regional Strategy and Representation
- Partner with the EVP Membership, Asia Pacific and Americas on strategic planning and initiatives and lead the operational planning for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s organizational goals and key performance indicators.
- Lead and develop the Americas membership team, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives and optimizing workflows.
- Represent ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß at regional and global events, advocating for ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s mission and increasing brand awareness.
- Drive ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s presence and advocacy in the Americas region, identifying new market opportunities and areas for growth.
- Serve as a regional expert on higher education and industry trends to provide strategic insights and inform decision-making.
- Identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies for regional business growth.
Member Engagement and Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a complement of current and prospective member schools in the Americas, providing guidance, resources, and support to address their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders in higher education, government, local/regional/national quality assurance authorities, and business sectors to establish cooperative agreements.
- Actively gather feedback from members to inform ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
- May also be required to oversee a global membership function
Operational Leadership and Business Development
- Oversee operational functions within the Americas region, ensuring compliance with global and regional regulations and operational standards and connecting on aspects of this with the Director of Membership.
- Lead efficiency-driven initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality member services.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure and enhance business development and operational performance.
- Identify and execute initiatives to enhance ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s impact and revenue potential in the Americas region.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s footprint in the region.
Collaboration and Initiative Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement professional development programs for business school faculty and senior leadership.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including product development, market expansion strategies, and process improvements.
- Support the development of quality assurance strategies for member schools, providing advisory services, conducting school visits, and fostering school collaborations.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- PhD in Business Administration or related field
- Experience previously as a dean of a business school or as an associate dean with leadership experience across functions including strategy, people and operations
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining relationships with business schools, government agencies, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of higher education regulations, accreditation processes, and market complexities within the region.
- A track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding organizational impact.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% annually
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards in higher education, particularly within business schools
- Some background and experience in business development.
- Fluency in a language(s) that are spoken in the region
- Knowledge of and experience with CRM system(s)

As the Conference Content Planner, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of timely, relevant educational conference content that engages and educates professionals globally. This role requires a creative, organized professional who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all conference content is informative, relevant, and impactful for a global audience. The Conference Content Planner will oversee the entire content lifecycle, from design, research and speaker management to budget oversight and post-event evaluation.
This role would be best suited for candidates with a strong background in educational content design and development, ideally with experience in conference planning and event management. They should be adept in handling the entire content lifecycle, from designing content frameworks to managing speaker relations, and possess robust project management skills.
Workplace type: Hybrid and will be based in Tampa.
How You Will Contribute
Content Design and Development
- Define content goals and themes that align with conference objectives, attendee interests, and industry trends.
- Research and integrate the latest trends in business education to ensure the content is forward-thinking, practical, and aligned with industry needs.
- Design content that incorporates the latest educational methodologies and technologies to optimize learning outcomes.
- Propose and develop new event concepts and create detailed business cases for innovative learning initiatives.
Speaker Management and Engagement
- Identify, recruit, and manage keynote speakers, panelists, and workshop leaders, ensuring content aligns with conference themes and goals.
- Collaborate with speakers to ensure content aligns with conference goals, provide guidelines on presentations and session format and maintain high content quality and relevance.
- Coordinate logistics with speakers, including pre-conference planning calls, and post-event follow-ups.
Agenda and Session Design
- Develop comprehensive event schedules that balance various session types (keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking).
- Work closely with subject matter experts to tailor sessions for optimal attendee engagement.
- Ensure session content is designed to suit different delivery formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, logistics, AV, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of content elements.
- Develop promotional strategies with the marketing team that effectively communicate the value of the conference content.
- Work with the event operations team to deliver content seamlessly across multiple platforms.
Budget Management
- Handle financial aspects within the scope of responsibility, such as budget creation, billing reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Ensure profitability and accurate financial reporting, contributing to leadership’s strategic decision-making.
Audience Engagement and Feedback Collection
- Develop strategies to engage audiences before, during, and after events through interactive elements and post-event content (e.g., session recordings, summaries).
- Collect feedback to evaluate content effectiveness, using surveys and analyzing attendance and social media engagement for continuous improvement.
Commitment to Mission and Values
- Adhere to and champion the organization’s mission and values, continuously striving to innovate in professional development content delivery.
- Fluency in the English language
- Three (3) or more years in a role focused on educational content design, development and delivery, ideally within conference planning
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Ability to travel up to 30% annually, including international travel
- Able to work early morning and evening hours as appropriate; able to work long days/evenings at conferences or events
- Exceptional design thinking skills, project management competencies, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Five (5) or more years in a role focused on educational content design, development and delivery, ideally within conference planning

As the Vice President of Global Go-to-Market Strategy, you will lead and implement a cohesive global strategy to drive organizational growth, brand awareness, and market expansion. This senior leadership role is responsible for aligning marketing, business development, strategic relationships, and business membership initiatives to ensure effective market positioning and achievement of key business objectives.
With oversight of the Marketing and Strategic Relationships teams, the VP will focus on enhancing the business membership value proposition, cultivating global partnerships, optimizing strategies informed by regional market insights, and executing strategic initiatives in alignment with ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s strategic plan. Global Go-to-Market Strategy Development
- Design and implement an integrated maturity and engagement model to inform organization-wide, go-to-market strategy for new and existing products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration
- Partner with Learning & Engagement, Membership, Accreditation, and Regional Office teams to align on messaging, value propositions, and growth strategies.
- Build synergies between marketing, strategic relationships, and business membership teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale initiatives and market launches.
Marketing Oversight and Brand Positioning
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand equity, audience engagement, and overall visibility.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across global markets.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and measure success against organizational KPIs.
Revenue Growth and Business Development
- Lead business membership growth and sponsorship acquisition strategies to expand revenue opportunities.
- Support sponsorship and exhibit sales through targeted strategies and expanded partner networks.
- Ensure that strategic relationships and marketing activities contribute directly to the organization’s financial goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English Language.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or marketing, preferably within a global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Proven track record of driving organizational growth through integrated go-to-market strategies and membership value enhancement.
- Experience executing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and measuring success through KPIs.
- Experience working with regional markets and adapting global strategies for local relevance.
- Strong understanding of global markets, partnership development, and marketing best practices.
