As the Digital Marketing Intern, you are responsible for helping the Communications and Marketing team shape the voice and visibility of ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This position will assist in content creation and social media management as well as video and multimedia editing. This position supports global brand campaigns and events. This position will also assist in analytics and research of the methods used to contribute to strategic initiatives. This position is an ideal opportunity for a student passionate about social media, video storytelling, and digital content creation to contribute meaningfully, while gaining real-world experience working in a purpose-driven, international organization. How You Will Contribute

  • Assist in planning and scheduling engaging content for multiple social media platforms.
  • Assist in monitoring engagement metrics and audience insights.  
  • Contribute to social copywriting and visual storytelling strategies.  
  • Edit short-form videos for multiple social media platforms (e.g., interviews, brand reels, promotional teasers).  
  • Apply ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß branding and style guidelines to video and motion assets.  
  • Collaborate with the team to storyboard new video ideas.  
  • Support promotion of ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß and campaigns across platforms.  
  • Assist with copy and design content related to social initiatives.  
  • Contribute creative ideas to increase reach and visibility among student and business audiences. 
  • Track social performance using native insights and tools like Meltwater. 
  • Research industry trends and best practices for platform growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently in their junior year or higher, pursuing or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube for a brand, club, or business utilizing digital marketing and advertising tools 
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for crafting compelling, engaging and valuable content 
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics and content planning

As the Accreditation Manager you will convey the value of ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß to business schools worldwide and support schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role will focus on schools in the EMEA region and will be based in Amsterdam.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide guidance and support for a portfolio of accredited schools and those in the initial accreditation process, working in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams.
  • Develop and support quality assurance strategies for member schools in EMEA to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process.
  • Actively participate in industry-related activities, and promotes ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß accreditation at internal and external events, workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Facilitate the movement of appropriate member schools into the accreditation process.
  • Review and analyze school documentation, including but not limited to eligibility applications, school accreditation reports, exclusion requests, substantive changes, etc. on an ad hoc basis as requested by schools and when considered by accreditation committees.
  • Serve as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the higher education landscape and developments in the EMEA region. 
  • Participate in departmental ISO audits as assigned, whether as a process owner, back-up owner or auditor. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s values and ensures that the best interest of ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß and its members is at the forefront of all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language, as you will need to liaise with colleges and universities globally
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Five (5) years of related experience (i.e., building and supporting member relationships, program administration and/or management experience in higher education, experience with accreditation and quality assurance) 
  • Ability to travel internationally (5–10 percent a year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Eight (8) or more years of related experience as mentioned above 
  • Proficiency in additional European languages

As the Member Engagement Manager - EMEA (7 month contract) you will serve as the primary member services liaison for an established area within the EMEA region, focusing on relationship management, proactive outreach, member value, and revenue growth. In partnership with regional leadership, the Member Engagement Manager develops and executes strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.

How You Will Contribute

  • Serve as ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s member services liaison for assigned current and prospective members, addressing inquiries, providing proactive outreach and enhancing member engagement and retention. Respond to escalated questions and concerns of significance with assigned members. 
  • In conjunction with the Executive Vice President and Vice President, participate in the development of outreach and engagement strategies and successfully executes them. 
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to boost member engagement and retention based on individual needs and feedback. 
  • Recruit and retain members through outreach and engagement strategies. Coordinate and lead information sessions and seminars to share ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s value with prospective members. Actively participate in industry-related activities; promote ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß at events, workshops, conferences, etc. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with government entities and local/regional/national quality assurance authorities and establish cooperative agreements when applicable.
  • Analyze member data to identify engagement trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Research and validate best practices and assist other ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß departments and volunteers in the development and implementation of member and accreditation-focused seminars and workshops. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated CRM questions and concerns from the department.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on organizational programs and services for members.
  • Identify and analyze system or process-related challenges and opportunities, providing recommendations to the Director of Membership & Affiliates. Participates in the development and oversees implementation of regional operational improvements, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and organizational goals. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß International’s Mission and Values. 

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Five plus (5+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role 
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 30 percent a year)

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Eight plus (8+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role.

As the Membership Engagement Specialist – East Asia, you support our regional expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Based in Mainland China, this role will serve as East Asia's primary member services liaison and play a key role in membership engagement, account management, and operational execution, focusing strongly on digital platforms, relationship management, and membership value. Working with the Regional Head, East Asia, this role develops and executes strategies to enhance member engagement and retention. This role will require 10-20% domestic and international travel to engage with members, attend events, and support regional business operations.

Location: This remote position will be located in Beijing or Shanghai, China.

How You will Contribute

Membership Engagement and Operational Efficiency

  • In conjunction with the Regional Head, East Asia, develop and successfully execute regional membership engagement and outreach strategies and initiatives.
  • Working with the Regional Head, East Asia, serve as the member liaison for sustaining markets, providing proactive outreach, and enhancing member engagement and retention.
  • Manage the membership pipeline, drive inquiries into new members, new in-process schools, and accredited schools, and support the dues renewal process.
  • Maintain and update membership data and track records in the CRM system. Run reports and pull data from the CRM and provide insightful summaries for the Regional Head, East Asia.
  • Proficiently use ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß’s systems and communicate system or process-related concerns or opportunities with the Regional Head, East Asia,and the Director of Membership and Affiliates.
  • Respond to member schools' daily inquiries on membership and event operations from various channels and troubleshoot concerns or issues with guidance and IT support.

WeChat Management and Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on WeChat and other major Chinese social media platforms, including copywriting and release.
  •  Collaborate with marketing to execute and localize digital marketing strategies and engage with local audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the vendor/contractor to keep timely and quality updates on the WeChat account.

Outreach Support and Administrative Duties

  • Provide local support for enrollment in learning and engagement activities, including developing and implementing sub-regional conferences and seminars.
  • Prepare and update presentations and marketing materials for outreach activities and external events.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and outreach events as appropriate. Make travel and logistics arrangements and handle expense reporting on time.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, providers, and partners to ensure efficient operations. Process invoices and expense reports for office rentals and purchases.
  • Perform duties following ÌÇÐÄÔÚÏß International’s Mission and Values. Provide other operational and administrative support to the Regional Head, East Asia, when needed.

Requirements

  • Solid operational management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Experience in WeChat and China’s social media portals with hands-on marketing and promotional capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, relevant experience with CRM, and software applications pertinent to the position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. 
  • Four (4+) years or above of relevant experience in accounts or project management.
  • The ability to work independently, multitask, adapt, motivate, be resourceful, and have a customer-oriented approach is also crucial.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-20 percent a year)

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. 
  • Prior experience in education, NGOs, or digital marketing industries, working with an international organization, and/or studying overseas is a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in China’s business landscape.
